Iron Landing Annexation Approved...

On June 17, 2010 The Lieutenant Governor in Council, ordered that effective January 01, 2010 the lands surrounding Crossfield Alberta, highlighted in grey in the map below, were separated from the Rocky View County and annexed to the Town of Crossfield, AB. 

Iron Landing is now within the Town boundaries of Crossfield, AB.  This change has created a very exciting yet predicted opportunity for the future of this property.   
 
                

Iron Landing is currently over 80% SOLD OUT. 

With this change we will be implementing a revised pricing program.  As of June 19, 2010 there are only 30 land units remaining at the current pricing option.
